Q: Are you the factory or the trading company?
A: COMPT was founded in 2014 with more than 9 YEARS experience of OEM/ODM service for now.
Q: Can I customize the machine I order?
A: Absolutely YES, we can customized as your requirement (including model and software
system), as the result of our professional design team and technology team.
Q: How about the package?
A: Package usually is carton/ wooden/ flight case for choice.
Q: How long is delivery time?
A: The delivery would be within 3-15 DAYS according to the order quantity/ model/ size of the screens.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Generally, our FOB MOQ is 10 sets, but we can provide 1 SET for sample.
Q: How long is the warranty time for your company?
A: We usually offer 1 YEAR warranty after the delivery, but our product using LG screen which life time is up to 8-10 years. 1 year warranty is for one set hardware product(including accessories), we also can provide more warranty time according to actual requirement.
